Mission
To make it easy and practical to perform image quality and radiation safety tests and radiography and radioscopy. Later on to expand to other imaging systems. The phantom must be on good basic imaging physics, to be clinically relavent.
Vision
To have operators using a practical phantom on every radiography and radioscope unit in the world.
History
After many years of personal involvement, Dr. Josip Nosil, found it more and more frustrating within the x-ray field to observe very limited testing being conducted on x-ray equipment using the phantoms available over the years. These phantoms were far too bulky, heavy, and extremely difficult to use.
He recognized that for guaranteed quality assurance, that phantoms should be used on a frequent basis. Combined with his knowledge and experience and many years of research and development his new x-ray phantom is now complete and ensures quality testing, as well as being portable, light weight, and easy to handle.
Nosil DSc Innovations Inc., was incorporated under the business corporations act on November 9th, 2012, in the province of British Columbia, Canada, and our first utility patent was filed in the U.S. patent office on March 15th, 2013.
The company was formed in order to patent our present unique x-ray phantom and the future purpose of the company is the development of other phantoms such as dental, security, and other areas where technology from our original patent can be utilized.
The President and C.E.O. of the company is Dr. Josip Nosil, whose profile and history can be found on Linked-in through Google search or HERE. To guarantee the success of the company, professionals were engaged in the areas of legal, accounting, patent experts, and marketing personnel (all of the above with international experience).
We are not a manufacturer and at present, it is our intention to align ourselves with a major manufacturer of x-ray equipment that has an international presence. At that time we will either reach an outright purchase agreement or a licensing and royalty contract.
Our company, Nosil DSc Innovations Inc., will be represented this year at the upcoming RSNA Chicago convention and in coming years as we expand into other related fields.

Mr. Schacht, a U.S. patent attorney completed and filed the utility patent (a 41 page written document as well as 16 pages of art work filed on March 5th, 2013). -
Mr. Clinton Schwandt, Director of Business and Marketing Operations
Mr. Schwandt has been with the company since its inception. He has been instrumental in investigating and setting up the above group of people to further the company's operations. His main responsibility will be to guide the marketing objectives of the company. -
